HERIZEN™ Yoga for Women offers a 26 day - 300 Hour Advanced Yoga immersion YTT This unique program is recognized by Yoga Alliance and is a live in experience. There is 30 Hrs of non contact self study / assignments to be completed prior to arrival and 270 Hrs on site training.  Every 7th day is a free day to enjoy the surrounding beauty and take time off for contemplation and fun.

Perquisites:

A HERIZEN™ Yoga for Women Level 1: 200 Hr YTT graduate or a 200 Hr Yoga Alliance approved YTT

1 Year of dedicated personal practice and documentation of your teaching hours. 

Self Investment: 

$3295 USD (Canadian may be eligible for a currency exchange scholarship)

Program start is at 3:30pm with a pick up at the Todos Santos bus station TBA 2023.  We transport you (included in your self investment fee) to the Clarananda Natural Living Yoga & Wellness Center outside of Todos Santos, Baja California Sur, Mexico for check in, orientation and evening session.  Program ends by 6:30pm on the last day.  You can leave that evening or stay the night and depart the following morning. We transport you back to Todos Santos the following morning.

Shared accommodation in comfortable cabin tents complete with bedding. (2 ladies per cabin tent), hot showers, flush toilets, organic vegetarian / vegan ayurveda farm to table meals, training materials (outside 2 additional study books) the 30 Hrs of assignments and study material all sent via drop box and email. Certificate upon successful completion and letter of recommendation to Yoga Alliance, much much more. Learn and teach a natural meditation technique, puja, pranayam, kriyas, advanced Hatha Yoga asanas with Ayurveda perspective, Ayurveda nutrition, kirtan, mudras, chanting, Bhakti, Karma, Jnana and Raja Yoga.  In addition, basic understanding of how to read the Thumb to determine body, mind and health.

Also included complimentary  numerology prediction 2023, a copy of the Eating for Life 2nd edition Ayurvedic Cookbook, a copy of Soul of the Thumb, Symbol of Personality and a 15 minute on site holistic consult.
